Come on Snow! I'm ready to be crafty!

So they are calling for lots and LOTS of snow starting tomorrow morning. Some people are sick of the snow! I know I am not. I cannot wait to be stuck in the house for a few days. I bought tons of junk food and have lots of crafts up my sleeve. It seems like ALL of my friends are prego and I am trying to make some hand-made gifts for them instead of buying something at the store. I think it means so much more to give handmade. I have been finding some awesome crafty ideas online that I want to make one day when I have time. This summer, I am probably not going to be working much. So I have been printing all these ideas out from crafty blogs and putting them in a folder for the summer. Here are a few things stuffed away:

I also want to decoupage the word ‘eat’ for the kitchen. I was watching Modern Family last night (that show is hilarious) and in the lady’s kitchen she had these letters hanging on her wall. They looked like they were decoupaged with either bright colored patterned scrapbook paper or fabric.

There is definitely not enough time in the day to do all of these fun things! Wish this could be my full time job instead of teaching 4 year olds. That would be perfect! Here is a picture of me sledding with the little munchkins today! That hill may not look that big in the picture, but it was huge! I flew down that sucker! (It also looks like there is not much snow, but just the top was muddy.) Notice the boy on the left crying. He wanted to use the saucer. Ha ha! Teachers first! =)
